Construction Worker – Job Description

About the role
We’re hiring dependable Construction Workers to support daily on-site tasks, keep the work area safe, and help deliver projects on time and to a high standard.

Responsibilities

• Assist with site setup, loading/unloading materials, and general labor tasks

• Operate basic hand and power tools safely (training provided as needed)

• Measure, cut, and move materials; support carpenters, masons, and other trades

• Mix/prepare materials (concrete, mortar, etc.) and perform cleanup tasks

• Follow supervisor instructions and work plans

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite

• Follow all safety rules and wear required PPE

Requirements

• Prior construction/labor experience is a plus (not required for entry-level)

• Ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors in varying weather

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team

• Willingness to learn and take direction

• Basic English communication skills (or as required for your site)

Preferred (nice to have)

• Experience with specific tools/equipment (e.g., skid steer, forklift)

• Driver’s license and reliable transportation

• OSHA/safety certification (or local equivalent)
